Susan L. Nota, Dynamic Medical Billing Advocate Officer

Susan has been in the healthcare industry for over 22 years, with experience ranging from owning a medical transcription company to practice administration for an orthopedic clinic. Her billing advocate knowledge is supplemented with several years experience working with insurance companies, medical practices and therapy clinics.  As an advocate, Susan scrutinizes every line of every bill to interpret charges, verify that services were actually received and identify medical billing errors in order to reduce your bill or recover overpayment. Susan has been a member of the national organization Medical Billing Advocates of America since 2009.  

Adam Najmulski, PT, Regional Manager

Adam has been practicing as a licensed Physical Therapist since 2002.  He obtained a Bachelor’s in General Science-Physics from Wheeling Jesuit University, a Masters in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University, and is currently a candidate for a Masters in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro.  He has specialized primarily in Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Occupational Rehab, practicing in West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina.  As Regional Manager in the Triad and Charlotte areas his strength is managing clinical operations.  He has successfully managed clinics of various sizes and practice settings, focusing on staff development, productivity and profitability.  

David F. Nota, PT, Director of Operations
David has more than 24 years experience in Corporate Management with national rehabilitation providers, clinic management and marketing, making him an excellent resource in the analysis, development, implementation, and management of alternative revenue streams. David ensures that Body Mechaniques' practices enhance the specific needs of each physician clinic and it's bottom line profitability.

Dennis C. Mariotis, Chief Financial Officer
Dennis has been in the healthcare industry since 1986, developing and managing financial, inventory and strategic planning systems. Working directly with your practice, Dennis will help you establish effective compliance and cash management procedures, plus training, cost-containment, and risk management procedures for the physical therapy portion of your practice.

Donna Hopkins, PT, MBA, President  
Donna brings you more than 30 years experience in clinic administration, regional management of rehabilitation services and industrial consulting. That experience has given her an extensive knowledge of patient care, facility operations and best business practices. She uses this experience to help develop the best scenario for adding physical and occupational therapy services to your practice.  Donna is a licensed Physical Therapist practicing in North Carolina.  She received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University and her Master of Business Administration from Meredith College, Raleigh NC. Donna has not only been with the Body Mechaniques, Inc. from the beginning, she is the founder of the company.

Kate Griesser, PT, MBA, DPT, CEO

With over 28 years of experience in the management of rehabilitative services, Dr. Griesser has been successful in developing several start-up clinics from inception to viable profitable entities. She is a licensed Physical Therapist practicing in North Carolina, having obtained her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University; her Master of Business Administration from Tampa College, Tampa, FL; and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from AT Still University in Mesa, AZ. As the CEO of our company, Kate delivers innovative and profitable development for our clinic and industry clients.
