Injury and musculo-skeletal disorder prevention is accomplished through our training and ergonomics programs, as well as, through a unique practice we call the Soft-Tissue Program. We also offer injury rehabilitation directly onsite with our Workplace Rehab Program. This program brings the same expertise and skill found in free-standing rehabilitation centers and hospitals and delivers it onsite to our customers at significantly reduced rates.

Workpalce Rehab

The Workplace Solutions team consists of certified and licensed therapy professionals providing occupational rehabilitation in order to treat employees with musculo-skeletal disorders. We deliver quality therapy without the expensive overhead, allowing us to pass on savings to our customers. We use a sports medicine model of treatment and rehabilitation that has been successfully used for decades to transition athletes from injury to activity as fast as possible. Significant and immediate direct and indirect cost savings are realized through this program.

Soft-Tissue Program

This program is one of our best selling services and has demonstrated a reliable effectiveness at preventing unnecessary worker's compensation claims. In states with direct therapy access our Soft-Tissue Program has saved companies up to 50% on their direct costs alone. The indirect savings are indispensable benefit to the bottom line. Job Evaluations

A Job Site Assessment is a form of job analysis that is designed to provide a description of job requirements to account for the physical, sensory and vocational requirements necessary to meet the essential functions of the job. A listing of the essential functions begins the data collection process. Subsequent description of the physical, sensory and vocational requirements required by humans to perform the job completes the data collection process. This job evaluation is most useful to the customer when presented with additional information about modifications to the job or accommodations to the individual as they relate to certain disabilities.

Hazard Analysis

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has established guidelines for companies to use in order to eliminate ergonomic stressors from their jobs. According to OSHA, risks are defined as falling into the following classifications: repeated or sustained exertions, forceful exertions, awkward postures, extreme cold, vibration, or contact stress. Ergonomics
