In order to provide the highest level of integrity and accountability to our customers, Workplace Solutions provides an Outcomes Portfolio that offers a quantitative review of the year's activity and results of our program. These statistics allow the customer to determine not only the efficacy of the services but they help identify areas of greatest injury incidence, length of treatment, reporting times, and work assignment. We collect data for both the soft-tissue
and the onsite rehabilitation programs. On the average, outcome
studies performed by Workplace Solutions for our soft-tissue
program has revealed that 75% of the employees are able to
recover fully without a visit to an outside healthcare professional.
The onsite rehabilitation program reveals on average savings
of 50% per physical therapy visit.
